SiliconDust HDHR-US. Used this device for about four years and recently brought it back out after switching to FiOS. Everything works great but I got a newer version for Christmas so out with the old. Still a great tuner and works best with WMC on Windows 7. Comes with tuner, power cable, cat 5e cable, and original packaging. No installation disc but everything is available right from the SiliconDust website.
