HD PVR Rocket is portable and USB bus powered. Record your best game play at gaming events or at your friends home. Simply plug a USB thumb drive into the slot on the front of the Rocket and you can start recording your game play from a PC game system, Sony PlayStation® 3 or 4, Wii U or Microsoft Xbox® One or 360
HD PVR Rocket has a build-in audio mixer, so you can record game commentary while you record your video game play.

The USB "Y" cable is missing.   If you don't have one, I've seen them online for about or less.  It is a USB "B" male end and 2 USB "A" male ends.   The B end attaches to the Rocket and the A ends plug into your computer or other device to help provide the power necessary.
A USB thumb drive is not included.
