Our shipping rates as are based on the shipping costs to the destination. You will be notified if an additional packaging fee is necessary for larger or high end items that require double boxing.

REFUNDS

Returns-for-refund will be accepted under the following circumstances: The buyer sends a notification within 3 days of the item being received that a request for refund is being made. All deliveries will have a tracking number and delivery date will be determined by the delivery date on the confirmation ticket for the item. The buyer and seller have COMMUNICATED by phone and/or e-mail about the request for refund and the reason(s) for the request. You will receive a written confirmation for refund. Items returned without
written authorization
from us will be refused. If an AGREEMENT FOR REFUND has been reached, the refund will be issued when the item is returned in the condition it was sent. Authorized returns must be properly packaged and fully insured for the return.  The bidder is responsible for paying S/H/I for nondefective returns.
