Care bear Playful Heart monkey one of the the care bear cousins porcelain/ceramic orange figurine. He still has his price tag from Felker Rexall Drug store. I believe he is from early 80's. He has a flaw chip (?) on his ear. Some flaking of the ceramic on the bottom. I think part of his chest decal has rubbed off. Not sure how it is supposed to look. Cute little collectible!
